In autumn, the warm and tranquil sun shines, bringing a thread of golden light to Shanghai.
To have a more excellent improvement on the professional knowledge and techniques of the sales and customer service, we hosted a sales conference on 25th-28th, Oct that lasted for four days. In the conference, there were 38 sales, customer services, and Chairmen from all over the country that attended.
Mr. Gao Xiang, our Sales Director gave us a training in sales skills. Whereafter, the backbone of our technical staff gave us a detailed and vivid explanation to the company’s mainstream products as a teacher, including the newly-developed CCR, Switch Cabinet, ALCMS and so on. Meanwhile, as a storage of knowledge, we also systematically learnt knowledge of Runway Status Lighting, ILCMS. Besides, we invited Honeywell and LES emphatically introduced the concept of their intelligence airport and solutions. The training was enriched with theoretical knowledge and actual practices, we learnt a lot by improving sales techniques and expanding on the products on knowledge.
The last day of the conference, the chairman of the company, Mr. Guanglie Wu, made a speech, asking that the sales should learn more about the products, and contact the clients more often to understand their needs. It should be clear to the sales that clients are the most important. They should serve the clients better and promote out new products. Furthermore, all the people communicated with each other widely. We were amazed by the company’s progress in recent years, the speed of product development, the concept of design or the construction of new factory are beyond our imagination. Everyone said the we have increased the confidence of winning through the training. We must work harder to let more airports to use Airsafe products.
The 4-day conference ended soon. The short collective life enhanced the mutual understanding and friendship among employees. It was the time to say goodbye to each other and look forward to the next training.
