ERP System Management Fully Implemented in Production and Sales

With the expansion of company size and businesses, the management of company needs to be improved. On 31st. October 2012, Airsafe adopted ERP management system formally. Procurement, production, inventory, sales and finance can all be managed by ERP system. Before the system was put into use, Airsafe organized 32 employees to take a two-day unified training about ERP system knowledge and practical operation. 

Airsafe’s ERP system is tailored for the company’s operation completely. Due to the particularity of airport business, only the preparation for investigation took half a year in order to ensure the operability, security and veracity of ERP system when designing it. For instance, as for customer classification, there are respectively customer and supplier. Customer is also split into airport direct customer, engineering company and trade agents etc. Airsafe has a variety of products with different properties including whole lamps, parts and accessories as well as different versions of an identical product from periods.
