Airsafe Holds 2nd. Staff Training

From 27th to 29th October, 2012, Airsafe Airport Equipment Co., Ltd. conducted a three-day staff training. The training was hosted by the general manager, Mr. Wu Guanglie. There were all together over 30 participants in sectors of sales, technique, quality control, production from shanghai headquarters, Beijing, Wuhan and Shenzhen offices attending the training respectively.

There was no full time teacher in this training. With company’s requirements the role of teacher was acted by employees that prepared for given subjects beforehand. In the course of training, all the employees were interested and enthusiastic. The temporary teachers provided plentiful materials including PPT, which helped explain the topics vividly. By means of three-day interactions, employees’ related professional knowledge had been improved. Particularly, employees became much more familiar with performance characteristics of Airsafe’s lights, so that they could provide customers with better products introduction and after-sale services. At the training sessions, each department introduced all of the participants operating features in different jobs. It promoted the communication and coordination between sectors.

On the summary meeting, trainees said that it helped their future work a lot after studying both theoretical knowledge and practical operation. They expected more opportunities like this time, which could both enhance their professional skills and emotional exchanges between employees from various regions. Mr. Wu made a request on everyone that they need to apply learned knowledge to practical work thoroughly by continuous studying hard so as to offer services preferably.
