Yinchuan Hedong Int'l Airport was founded in 1995 and opened on Sept.6,1997. It is now the important win-
dow of the reform and opening up of Yinchuan city.The airport is located at the east bank of Yellow River, Li-
nhe Town, Lingwu City, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, 19km away from Yinchuan city with a coverage of
370.7 hectares, 4E class. The airport belongs to domestic main line airport, it has a 3600m long, 45m wide run-
way which can handle the aircrafts smaller than Boeing 747.
