Liuzhou Bailian Airport is located in the southern suburbs of Liuzhou, 12 kilometres (7.5 mi) west of downtown. The airport occupies a 400 hectare (988-acre) site with 4D class airfield and a runway in 2,540m length and 45m width. It can meet the requirements of all aircrafts' movements except Boeing 747. In the main direction of landing on the runway there set a Category-I precision approach instrument landing system (ILS).
