China is the nation with the most remarkable progress in the building and expansion of airports. It is expected that the number of airports in china will reach 260 by the end of 2020 and the number of the domestic passengers in china will reach 415 million by 2016, second only to the USA.

“No other country has built so many airports successfully in such short periods like China,” Albert Spiller from Frankfurt and his partner, Dai Youhan from China, said so. “On the one hand, it has both great need and resource; On the other hand, China has the ability to construct such big projects.”

Beijing Capital International Airport, commonly called as Capital International Airport, is the second international airport in china with three runways.
