With the increasing number of flights at Shanghai Pudong International Airport, the downtime is becoming more and more tense. In 2016, the management department of the flight area excavated its own potential, and made adaptable transformation to some machine positions in No. 4 machine flat and No. 6 machine flat. They transformed the 408-410 class three seats of platform 4 to 6 C class seats. 6 planes 621-622 621-622 two E seats were converted to 6 C seats, which added 16 block markers.
 

The 621-626 position marking card of No. 6 machine flat is 3 characters, so the traditional longitudinal frame structure is still used (Figure 1). The 401A-402B and 408A-410B position tag of No. 4 machine flat is 4 characters. In order to ensure standardization and take into account the beauty of design, we draw lessons from the design concept of AIRSAFE for Singapore Changi International Airport seat mark, and adopt the transverse structure of single column (Figure 2).

The front frame of the tag is locked with a spring clasp and does not need any tools when it is opened. At the same time, the air braces are installed on both sides of the front frame. When the front frame is opened, the air brace automatically pushes the front frame up. The LED lamp inside the tag also uses a spring structure, which can be dismantled and installed by tools. The LED lamp inside the box is installed in reverse, and the whole marker is illuminated by the reflection in the box. The whole mark is Pai Mingliang, even. Especially at night, the effect is better.
