These terms govern your use of this website (the Site), operated by Airsafe Airport Equipment Co., Ltd (Shanghai) (Airsafe, we, us). By accessing or using the Site you confirm that you have read and accept these terms; if you do not accept them, please stop using the Site.
This English text is a courtesy translation. In the event of any discrepancy, the Chinese version prevails.
1. What the Site is
The Site is Airsafe's official corporate website. It provides product information, technical documents, exhibition news and an after-sales support entry point to institutional customers such as airports, air traffic authorities, engineering contractors and distribution partners. It is not an online shop: no orders are concluded and no payments are taken here. Prices, delivery, acceptance and warranty terms are governed solely by the contract or purchase order signed between the parties.
2. Content and intellectual property
Unless marked otherwise, the text, images, diagrams, video, product designations, page design and software code on the Site are owned by Airsafe or its licensors under copyright, trade mark and other applicable rights.
Subject to these terms, we permit you to browse the Site, print pages, and download and circulate the documents it offers within your own organisation for the purpose of learning about our products, evaluating equipment selection, preparing a project or pursuing co-operation. Without our prior written permission you may not: use Site content for commercial resale or sub-licensing; remove, obscure or alter any trade mark, watermark or copyright notice; republish content after material alteration; or use Site content to train machine-learning models or to build a database offered to others.
Airsafe and the other marks and logos appearing on the Site belong to their respective owners. These terms grant you no trade mark licence.
3. Nature of technical and product information
Specifications, drawings, selection guidance and downloadable documents on the Site are for reference only and constitute neither a technical undertaking nor an offer. Products change as standards are revised and designs improve; for any specific project, rely on the formal technical documents, quotation and contract we issue. Selection and installation of airfield lighting equipment must additionally comply with the applicable standards and approvals of the civil aviation authority having jurisdiction over the project. Do not treat Site content as the sole basis for engineering design, installation or acceptance.
The world map, airport layout drawing and interactive product guide on the Site are schematic illustrations only, not for geographic, boundary or navigational use. Their scale, positions and outlines represent no position on any matter and no precise geographic information.
4. Member accounts
The Site offers no self-service registration. Accounts are opened by Airsafe for customers and distributors, or created when you submit a service request and tick the account option; the first password is set through a single-use link in the invitation email.
You are responsible for everything done under your account. Please choose a strong password that you do not reuse on other sites, do not lend, transfer or share the account, and tell us at once if you believe someone else is using it.
We may suspend or close an account where you breach these terms, where the distribution or co-operation relationship between your organisation and Airsafe ends, where the account has long been unused, or where law or a competent authority requires it. Once an account is closed, your access to protected documents ends with it.
You may close your account yourself at any time in the account area. What closure means for your data, and how long it is retained before deletion, is set out in the Privacy Policy.
5. Use of protected documents
Some documents require you to be signed in, or to hold a distributor account, before they can be downloaded. For those documents you additionally agree: to use them only within your own organisation and for the specific project concerned; not to publish them, upload them to public networks, or pass them to unauthorised third parties; and not to obtain them by circumventing sign-in, misrepresenting your identity, sharing accounts or using scraping tools. We keep an audit record of downloads of protected documents; what the record contains is described in the Privacy Policy.
6. What you agree not to do
- submit false, impersonated or another person's identity and contact details, or misrepresent the facts in a service request or enquiry;
- scrape the Site with automated tools, or access it at a rate plainly beyond normal browsing;
- attempt to bypass access controls, probe for vulnerabilities, or conduct penetration or load testing (if you have a genuine security research purpose, contact us first);
- send spam, advertising or malicious code, or use the Site's forms to harass others by email;
- interfere with the proper operation of the Site, or otherwise use it in breach of applicable law.
7. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites such as partner links, social platforms or exhibition organisers' pages. We do not operate those sites; their content and privacy practices are their own responsibility, and you should form your own view of them.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Site available and accurate, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, change or withdraw any content or function of the Site at any time, including product entries, documents and page addresses, without individual notice. Temporary unavailability caused by maintenance, upgrades, network failure or force majeure is not a breach on our part.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of data or loss of goodwill arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing here excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under the laws of the People's Republic of China.
10. Privacy
How we collect and process your personal information is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms, their validity, interpretation and performance are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising from these terms or from use of the Site shall first be pursued through good-faith negotiation; failing that, either party may bring proceedings before the competent People's Court at Airsafe's domicile.
12. Changes to these terms
These terms are versioned by year and month; the current version is 2026-08. A revised version takes effect when published on this page, and we will draw attention to material changes in a prominent place on the Site. Continuing to use the Site after an update means you accept the updated terms.
