Thank you for your attention to and trust in AIRSAFE.
As a China-based manufacturer of airfield visual aid systems serving the world, AIRSAFE has treated runway and taxiway safety as its highest mission since the day it was founded. We know that every airfield light, every control unit and every monitoring system on the runway carries the safe take-off and landing of aircraft and the efficient running of an airport. In the two decades since the 2003 restructuring we have worked the airside with a craftsman's discipline, answering the trust of global civil aviation with impeccable reliability.
Global strategy: from made in China to trusted worldwide
Internationalisation is AIRSAFE's unwavering core strategy. Through two decades of leapfrog development, we have built a fully in-house product matrix covering approach, runway and taxiway fixtures, guidance signs, constant current regulators, isolation transformers, apron floodlighting and the intelligent airfield lighting control and monitoring system (I-ALCMS). All products are designed and manufactured to international standards, and in 2010 we were among the first to earn FAA factory quality certification.
Today, AIRSAFE's global strategy is fully in place:
A clear lead in the home market
In China, our products are deployed at almost every core hub airport, deeply involved in national mega-projects including Beijing Daxing, Qingdao Jiaodong and Chengdu Tianfu international airports. AIRSAFE equipment now covers more than 90% of China's civil transport airports — the backbone of the country's airside infrastructure.
Proven at international hubs
Overseas, our products and services run reliably at international hubs across six continents; worldwide we have delivered to more than 500 airports and aviation facilities. From the busy movements of Singapore Changi to the demanding geography and climate of Madrid, Frankfurt and Mexico City, AIRSAFE stands for quality Chinese aviation equipment, running steadily at the heart of the world's airside hubs.
Succession: long-termism and international leadership
In 2025 the company completed a leadership transition of milestone significance. Co-founder Zhang Hui, Chief Engineer Shen Jiaqin and I stepped back from day-to-day management. A new international management team led by General Manager Xie Changlin, with Chen Jianqiang, Gao Xiang, Chen Shiyin and Fang Zheng, has taken over in full.
Every member of the new team has served the company for more than a decade. They carry AIRSAFE's culture in their blood, and bring broad international vision and a drive for change. I believe that under the new team, AIRSAFE will seamlessly continue its professionalism and long-termism, accelerate its global market layout, and move into a new era of high-quality growth.
Looking ahead: defining digital airside safety
Global civil aviation is accelerating into a deep transformation — intelligent, digital and green. Facing this new round of technological change and market demand, only continuous innovation can create a higher level of safety.
Our vision: to go beyond traditional hardware manufacturing and become the most trusted whole-lifecycle airside safety solution maker in global civil aviation.
Looking forward, we will pursue three strategic moves:
- Increase global R&D investment: focus on intelligent control, system integration and data management, and evolve airfield lighting toward smarter, lower-carbon, more efficient and more reliable systems.
- Upgrade the global service network: strengthen international technical support and local delivery capability, providing fast-response whole-lifecycle assurance for customers worldwide.
- Build green digital aviation together: work with international industry bodies and aviation leaders to explore the next generation of "intelligent airside" standards, contributing firmly to green airport construction.
