Taxiway intersection lights mark taxiway intersections or other junctions that call for particular attention, giving aircraft a reference for lateral position and for a change of route. The fixtures work with taxiway centerline and edge lights, helping pilots recognize the intersection in advance and taxi the assigned route safely. The fixture uses an LED light source and a light distribution designed for the application; its photometric performance is aligned with the requirements of the corresponding airfield lighting system, giving airport operations a steady, clear and easily identified visual signal.
