Solution overview
Runway incursion has long ranked among the top safety risks in airport operations, and low visibility multiplies it: when visual references shrink, the row of red lights at the runway holding position is the last barrier against a wrong entry.
The solution builds an interlocked barrier around the stop bar: inset stop bar lights draw an uncrossable red line at the holding position, and runway guard lights warn the crew that a runway lies ahead; I-ALCMS ties both into the tower clearance flow — when clearance is issued the stop bar extinguishes and the lead-on centerline lights come up, resetting automatically once the aircraft has passed; single-lamp monitoring watches every fixture in the barrier and raises faults immediately. The package meets low-visibility operation requirements and can evolve toward A-SMGCS and Runway Status Lights (RWSL).

Stop bar packages have been delivered to Shanghai Pudong, Beijing Capital, Nanjing and Dali, and exported to Madrid–Barajas and Barcelona — a single batch of 310 units for Beijing Capital, and 1,634 fixtures including taxiway centerline lights in the Nanjing batch.
