Taxiway Edge Retro-reflective Marker

An elevated cylindrical retro-reflective marker that bounces an aircraft's own lights back to outline taxiway, runway or apron edges. Its imported diamond-grade film gives more than 15,000 mm² of effective reflecting area at a height of 350 mm, so a passing beam picks it out by day or night. Nothing needs powering and no cable is buried, so a boundary can be moved with expansion bolts alone. The PVC body gives way on impact rather than damaging an aircraft.
