Zero Water LED Runway Entrance Light (8-inch 6mm) Recommended
Zero Water LED Runway Entrance Light (8-inch 6mm) RELRZ-08-LED
Runway entrance lights are used in the runway status light system; an automatically displayed red light warns pilots and vehicle drivers that the runway is occupied or that entering it carries risk. Working with the airport surveillance and control systems, the fixtures put a direct, conspicuous visual warning at critical positions, reducing the risk of runway incursions and conflicts. The fixture uses an LED light source and a light distribution designed for the application; its photometric performance is aligned with the requirements of the corresponding airfield lighting system, giving airport operations a steady, clear and easily identified visual signal.

Zero Water LED Taxiway Centerline Light (8-inch 6mm) Recommended
Zero Water LED Taxiway Centerline Light (8-inch 6mm) TCLZ-08-LED
Taxiway centerline lights serve the taxiway centerline lighting system. They are laid continuously along the taxiway centerline and around curves to give aircraft directional guidance while taxiing on the ground. The lights help pilots pick out the taxi route, its curves and its exits at night and in low visibility, keeping the aircraft on the assigned path. The fixture uses an LED light source and a light distribution designed for the application; its photometric performance is aligned with the requirements of the corresponding airfield lighting system, giving airport operations a steady, clear and easily identified visual signal.

Zero Water LED Taxiway Edge Light (8-inch 6mm) (TBC: no Chinese datasheet) Recommended
Zero Water LED Taxiway Edge Light (8-inch 6mm) (TBC: no Chinese datasheet) TEOZ-08-LED
Taxiway edge lights mark the boundary of a taxiway, apron or holding bay. They are set along the edge of the area concerned and give omnidirectional blue light. A clear boundary outline helps pilots identify the usable taxiing area, keeps aircraft from running off the pavement, and gives continuous guidance for ground operations. The fixture uses an LED light source and a light distribution designed for the application; its photometric performance is aligned with the requirements of the corresponding airfield lighting system, giving airport operations a steady, clear and easily identified visual signal.

Zero Water LED Intermediate Holding Position Light (8-inch 6mm) Recommended
Zero Water LED Intermediate Holding Position Light (8-inch 6mm) TPLZ-08-LED
Intermediate holding position lights are used at intermediate holding positions on a taxiway, normally as a transverse row of lights marking the limit at which aircraft are to hold. The lights give pilots a conspicuous reference for where to stop or hold, support ground control, and reduce operational conflicts where taxi routes cross. The fixture uses an LED light source and a light distribution designed for the application; its photometric performance is aligned with the requirements of the corresponding airfield lighting system, giving airport operations a steady, clear and easily identified visual signal.

Zero Water LED Runway Guard Light (Configuration B, High Intensity, 8-inch 6mm) Recommended
Zero Water LED Runway Guard Light (Configuration B, High Intensity, 8-inch 6mm) RGLZ-08-LED
The Configuration B high-intensity runway guard light is used where a taxiway crosses a runway or at the runway-holding position; its alternately flashing yellow light warns aircraft and vehicles that they are about to enter an active runway. The conspicuous warning signal makes the runway entrance easier to recognize in difficult weather, at night and in low visibility, and lowers the risk of a runway incursion. The fixture uses an LED light source and a light distribution designed for the application; its photometric performance is aligned with the requirements of the corresponding airfield lighting system, giving airport operations a steady, clear and easily identified visual signal.

Zero Water LED Taxiway Intersections Light (8-inch 6mm) (TBC: no image, no Chinese datasheet) TIOZ-08-LED
Taxiway intersection lights mark taxiway intersections or other junctions that call for particular attention, giving aircraft a reference for lateral position and for a change of route. The fixtures work with taxiway centerline and edge lights, helping pilots recognize the intersection in advance and taxi the assigned route safely. The fixture uses an LED light source and a light distribution designed for the application; its photometric performance is aligned with the requirements of the corresponding airfield lighting system, giving airport operations a steady, clear and easily identified visual signal.

Isolation Transformer
Isolation Transformer ITF
The series isolation transformer secures the power supply to airfield lighting circuits and provides electrical isolation between the primary and the secondary circuit. Ratings cover 10 to 300 W, with a power factor (PF) of 0.95 or better and a rated current of 6.6/6.6 A, and it supports accurate dimming; the circuit keeps running when a single lamp fails, and both grounded and ungrounded types are available. The product meets a number of industry standards, including ICAO, MH/T 6008, IEC 61823 and FAA AC requirements. The transformer body and the leads are all injection molded in TPE, giving strong insulation and water resistance; the body is square, conversion efficiency is high and the failure rate is low. It works from -55 °C to +65 °C and suits installation conditions such as suspension in a cable pit, the pit floor or the inside of an isolation transformer box, with 10 years of proven use in the field.

Molded Primary Cable Connector Style 2 and Style 9
Molded Primary Cable Connector Style 2 and Style 9 PLG2 & REC9
PLG2 & REC9 are molded elastomer waterproof connectors made specifically for airfield lighting systems, for the electrical joint between the airfield primary cable and the primary side of an isolation transformer. Their one-piece construction cuts the number of steps and makes installation quick, which suits maintenance carried out without suspending flight operations, fast reconnection after a fault and emergency repair, and markedly raises the efficiency of airport maintenance. A crimped metal conductor is built into the tail of the lead, so cable can be joined quickly in the field as outdoor airport work requires; waterproof insulating tape and heat-shrink tubing are supplied as standard and a locking device is optional, giving resistance to water and damp, to high and low temperature, to dust and to vibration, which meets the demanding conditions of an exposed airfield, alternating temperatures and equipment under continuous vibration. The product is certified by the CAAC and meets FAA standard requirements.

LED Taxiway Guidance Sign
LED Taxiway Guidance Sign BP(L)
An internally illuminated elevated sign carrying mandatory instruction (white on red), information (black on yellow) and location legends along the taxiway. Internal reflective lighting fills the face evenly, leaving no shadow to swallow a character seen at an angle; frangible poles run through the extruded aluminum box, so it stands the wind yet breaks away instead of damaging an aircraft. The front door opens without tools and lifts off, and the driver is modular, so a repair is a part swap, not a sign removal.
ICAO compliant FAA certified LED source Elevated White Yellow Red
LED Plane Aircraft Stand Identification Sign
LED Plane Aircraft Stand Identification Sign ASIS-H-P-L
An elevated internally lit stand identification sign with a flat black-on-yellow face, turned towards the arriving aircraft to show the stand number. A gas strut behind the front frame lifts the door, so one person can clean the face; a labyrinth path inside keeps rain and dust out of the electrical compartment. Two face sizes, 2290×2000 and 1635×2000, use 16 or 10 light bars and draw 96 or 60 VA, so circuit load is known before installation.
ICAO compliant FAA certified Elevated Yellow LED source
LED Runway Distance Remaining Sign
LED Runway Distance Remaining Sign RDRS-H-L
An internally lit elevated sign showing white digits on black, set at intervals along the runway to tell a crew on the roll how much runway is left ahead. Internal reflective illumination lights the digits evenly and without shadows, so one glance at speed is enough; the front frame opens without tools and lifts clear of the box, keeping runway-side cleaning inside a short closure window. Posts running through the extruded aluminum frame hold the face rigid in wind.

LED Wind Cone (Internally Illuminated)
LED Wind Cone (Internally Illuminated) WC-I
An elevated wind cone whose red-and-white sleeve is lit from inside by a 28 W LED spotlight, topped by a 3.5 W L-810 obstacle light, for wind indication at airports and heliports. A slip ring feeds it, so the wiring stays still as the sleeve turns and cannot twist apart; deep-groove bearings let it swing in light air, showing the true direction. The frangible 4.8 m aluminum mast tilts down, so it breaks away from an aircraft and the sleeve is changed on the ground.

Aircraft Stand Manoeuvring Guidance Light Controller (TBC: no image, no English datasheet) MGLC
The MGLC aircraft stand manoeuvring guidance light controller manages the operating state of the stand manoeuvring guidance lights, providing the control behind the lighting cues used as an aircraft enters a stand, as it is pushed back, and in the ground handling area. The product organizes lighting control around stand operations; the control logic, the number of fixtures, the power supply arrangement and the system interfaces are set by the project configuration.

LED Elevated Obstacle Light (Low Intensity)
LED Elevated Obstacle Light (Low Intensity) EOL-OB-LED
The low-intensity obstruction light marks buildings, structures and other obstacles that could endanger aircraft operations, showing their position and outline through a prescribed color and flashing pattern. The fixture suits sites such as the area around an airport, high-rise buildings, steel towers, chimneys and wind power installations, giving continuous, conspicuous obstacle warning for flight at night and in low visibility. The fixture uses an LED light source and a light distribution designed for the application; its photometric performance is aligned with the requirements of the corresponding airfield lighting system, giving airport operations a steady, clear and easily identified visual signal.

LED Unserviceability Light
LED Unserviceability Light EOL-IA-LED
The unserviceability light is used in airport construction areas, in closed areas and on pavement that is temporarily out of use, giving aircraft and vehicles a clear marking of the area that must not be used. The fixtures can be laid out quickly as the site requires, making the area easier to identify at night and in low visibility so that no one enters an unserviceable area by mistake. The fixture uses an LED light source and a light distribution designed for the application; its photometric performance is aligned with the requirements of the corresponding airfield lighting system, giving airport operations a steady, clear and easily identified visual signal.

Flange
Flange FL-08 / FL-12 / 9276B1
The flange is the pavement fixing point for an elevated fixture, with the frangible coupling carrying the light above it; it mounts on an isolation transformer box or is anchored directly to the pavement. It comes in 8-inch and 12-inch sizes to suit the fixture: 8 inches is the smallest of the standard mounting diameters, while the 12-inch flange is used mainly for the elevated approach light range, though other elevated fixtures fit it too, and its wider bearing face spreads the side loads from a taller fixture. On impact the break occurs at the coupling above, leaving the flange and its anchorage in the pavement intact, so only the parts above it are replaced.
8-inch 12-inch
Cover Plate
Cover Plate CP-12
A base cover plate closes a light position that is left vacant for the time being, capping the top of the base; its bolt pattern matches that of a fixture of the same size, so when the position is brought into service the plate comes off and the light goes straight on, with no work on the base or the pavement. It is made forged or cast, in 8-inch and 12-inch sizes to match the base. The plate and its seating are precision machined, so it beds down flush with no lifted edge: a snowplow blade passes over it without catching and water does not stand in the joint. The body is loaded evenly and carries traffic across the empty position, and the anti-corrosion treatment means it still lifts off for a fixture after long service in the pavement.
FAA certified 8-inch 12-inch
12-inch to 8-inch Adapter Ring
12-inch to 8-inch Adapter Ring AR-12/08
A 12-inch to 8-inch adapter ring that sits between a 12-inch base and an 8-inch in-pavement fixture, letting the smaller light be mounted in the larger base. The forged, close-grained body is designed to equal strength and loads evenly, so wheel loads pass through it to the base without distortion, and its alloy conducts heat well, carrying warmth from the fixture into the base and the pavement. Stainless inserts in the screw holes survive repeated removal, so a stripped thread never costs the whole ring.
FAA certified 12-inch 8-inch
Shallow Base
Shallow Base SB-08 / SB-12
A shallow base is set into the pavement structure to carry an in-pavement fixture, in 8-inch and 12-inch sizes; the 12-inch base also takes an 8-inch fixture through the standard 12-to-8 adapter ring, so one anchorage serves both sizes. The extruded aluminum body uses an equal-strength section with internal ribs and has passed the FAA loading sub-test, so aircraft wheels and snow-clearing plant crossing the rim do not distort it; cable can enter from the bottom or the side, the secondary cable comes in through a metal waterproof connector that keeps the can dry, and stainless thread inserts protect the screw holes through routine removal. The same range includes 12-inch deep bases in aluminum and in stainless steel, tall enough to hold the isolation transformer and single-lamp controller beneath the light with no separate transformer pit, plus 11-inch, adjustable and cast shallow bases.
FAA certified 8-inch 12-inch
Isolation Transformer Base (12-inch) (TBC: no image, no intro, no features, no Chinese datasheet, no English datasheet) L-86X
Frangible Coupling (2-inch)
Frangible Coupling (2-inch) FC-02
A 2-inch frangible coupling that joins an elevated fixture to its flange and forms the designed break point at pavement level. Forged aluminum alloy, heat stabilized and precision machined, gives every piece the same breaking load, so the coupling shears at a known force on impact and passes little of it to the landing gear or to the anchorage in the pavement, as required for frangibility by ICAO Doc 9157 Part 6. The aero-yellow electrostatic coating resists UV and corrosion outdoors.

Elevated Unidirectional Light Angle Calibrator (TBC: no features, no Chinese datasheet, no English datasheet)
Elevated Unidirectional Light Angle Calibrator (TBC: no features, no Chinese datasheet, no English datasheet)
An angle calibrator for elevated unidirectional fixtures, checking both the aiming angle of the beam and the level of the light; it is a field instrument for installation and maintenance crews. A light is set to its design angle against the gauge when it goes in and re-checked on routine rounds, so a deviation is measured at the light and corrected there rather than taken back to a workshop.
